[WriteLog] MMTTY Plug in issue

It is probably stored in the profile.  Look at USERPARA.INI in 
the MMTTY directory.  For example, the second line of the 
STANDARD RTTY profile is AFC=1 ... change it to AFC=0 and 
AFC will not activate when you recall the standard profile.
