[WriteLog] MMTTY Plug in issue

[Mark Perrin]

I tried this Joe, and only works when I go to "regular rtty" from one of 
the options.  For all others, flutter, flutter FIR, etc, adds a check mark 
to AFC.

Any other suggestions?
