Updates and changes:

 

One big change is that the downloadable file is now .exe file and NOT a  zip
file. I think 

this will make it impossible to screw up MS new install. The only
instructions are to download 

the file and execute it. If the browser asks whether to run it or download
it, your answer

does not matter except that once it is downloaded, you must run it. The
installer takes it 

from there.

Fixed some minor behavior with auto-cq and auto-resume. Now the first of a
