[WriteLog] WL Reload

No problem with WL.  It was all mine.
 
1. Master files were not reloaded by error.  Reloaded current  K5ZD master 
files and everything works as it should.
 
2.  F11 can be fixed by using the Tools pull down and setting  F11=ClearEntry.
