[WriteLog] Change "0" to "T" in CW

Hi All,
   
  I am doing WL set up for the local contest and sequence number goes with "0" instead if "T", 001; 002 etc. In the WL Manual it says that it should be TT1; TT2. I entered in the field of F2 - 5NN%3 and in to F10 - %C 5NN%3.
   
  Sorry for bothering you but I am not a computer savvy,
