[WriteLog] Change "0" to "T" in CW

Stan,
You need to enter a section in your writelog.ini file as follows:
[Cut-Numbers]
0=T
1=1
2=2
3=3
4=4
5=5
6=6
7=7
8=8
9=N
My [Cut-Numbers] section is after the [Configuration] section. If you don't
want to send N for number 9 in the sequence number field change the last
line to 9=9. Also, put a space between the 5NN and the %3 or the timing
will be off.. Without the space WL will send 5NNTT1 for the first contact,
making it a bit difficult to copy as two different parts of the exchange.
