[WriteLog] Fkeys for ARRL DX CW

Regarding Keith's Fkeys utility for WriteLog....
Has anyone figured out either of the following:
1) latest version inserts a "send" entry box automatically.  How can I 
delete that box? Cannot seem to do it in "configuration".
2) how can I set up separate entry boxes/buttons for power exchanges, i.e., 
100, 200, etc?
