[WriteLog] Fkeys for ARRL DX CW

Hi Dave,
 
Please try the following:
 
1 - load Fkeyes
2 - right click TITLE BAR
3 - in this window, look to the extreme right near the bottom and  un-checked 
SCRATCH PAD. 
4 - click OK
 
It is the SCRATCH PAD which displays the type buffer window and the SEND  
Button.
