[WriteLog] 10.62h upgrade

Still stymied here.  I have WIN2000 Pro and the latest installer (3.1v2)
installed from Microsoft.  I stll am getting the installer error message.

I re-installed my full version per his instructions before I figured out
that it was over a year old.  So I think you get this message if your
subscription has expired.
