[WriteLog] 10.62h upgrade

Sorry about you being tired.

I just renewed and got a shiney new full install.  I have the newest
installer (3.1v2) on my WIN 2000PRO PC.  I am still getting the MSI error
message.

I have reported it to Ron.  However, mutual help from list members has
always been encouraged by Wayne and Ron.
