[WriteLog] Backspace delete in BPSK mode

I am just getting started using PSK31 and noticed that people sending to me
can backspace delete errors in typing.  However, the keyboard interface of
WriteLog does not allow it.  The instructions indicate that backspace will
only work if you have typed ahead and the data has not been transmitted yet.
This may be true for Baudot, but PSK31 supports backspace and DEL.  Is there
any way to change this "feature" in the config file or could transmission of
backspace be changed for a future release during PSK31 transmission?
