[WriteLog] %Z

I've already fed this back to Wayne a few months ago for the SO2R folks
running with one computer.  I assume it is on "the list".  Remember, though,
that the %Z function is meant to include networked computer setups like
Multi-2 for single-ops who do SO2R that way as well as multi-op setups.
That works great and now what is needed is a %Z option that grabs the
"other" radio on the same computer, in order to consolidate the QRV messages
into one.
