[WriteLog] Tracking DX countries - THANKS GUYS

Thanks for the help, guys. Many replies off-list as well as those on it.

My particular thanks to those of you recommending Logger32. Looks 
like a winner - I am operating it already with WL-output ADI files to 
find my DX countries without any RTFM nonsense, which is a real plus!
