[WriteLog] Writelog Issue v10.61

I am using WL v10.61 with a microHam II and an IC-7000. I notice that it will sometimes drop the cw speed from what I have it set at to the default of 20 wpm. 

Anyone experience this with this version and what was done to overcome the problem.
