I saw this happen only a few times, but NOT always. Never did see 
what caused it. Probably a fault of the Makrothen contest module.

They highlighted for me. Don't remember a single failure after DE. 
Make sure you have the calls file installed (forget what it is called).

No comment - didn't use the cluster.
