attached - causing more trouble than solutions!

Hi Hal,

I suspect you are not using rig control or rig control is turned off, if
that is the case then WL will default to phone and give you the 59 as the
report.

Options are, use rig control or if running manual, click on the rig button
beside the entry window and choose CW as the mode.
