Okay, here is the problem, I have a Stepper BigIr vertical with 60 radials,
I have off center fed 80-10m dipole at 35', vswr on both antennas is less than
1.5 on all bands, From the shack to ameritron switch box fed with LMR-400
cable. Off center fed dipole 45' from switch box fed with RG-8x and BigIr fed
with LMR-400. The Big IR is about 45' from the house and the oc dipole is
about 85' from house. Running an alpha amp, full 1.5kw and no problems with
interference anywhere in the house.

The 160 m antenna is a Inverted V at 65' with the legs running ne-sw, this
ant is about 60' from house fed from the switch box with RG-8x, it has a balun
as well. The vswr is very good from 1.8 to 1.885, 1.2 to 2.0. I can't even
run 100 watts into that antenna without setting off the built in oven, that
goes beep beep beep when I send CW or when on ssb, it just chirps chirps chirps.

One of my favorite bands but the wife doesn't want the double over to blow
up either, me too Hi!

Any suggestions, am I missing something simple, or is the top band "cooked"
for me.

Thank you
