[WriteLog] WriteLog would crash on a networked PC when running RTTYrite

Hi everyone,

This is the first time I experienced this problem while running RTTYrite
on a networked PC. (Yes, it was during Field Day.)

Normally during Field Day (or any other multi/multi contest) I would
network 4 or 5 PCs together, and do this through a LAN. In the past I
was able to run RTTYrite on a PC and have the system log/function as
normal.

This year however, the PC running RTTYrite would crash. More
specifically, WriteLog would crash, but still leave the RTTYrite window
intact.

First thinking it was merely the PC, I went to a different networked PC
and started up RTTYrite. After about two or three QSOs, WriteLog on
that PC would crash and leave the RTTYrite window intact.

So clearly it didn't appear to be a PC issue.

The other PCs in the contest (not running RTTYrite) were not effected,
except the PC that happened to be networked to the RTTY PC. WriteLog
wouldn't crash, but it would loose the connection to the other PCs.

I normally use TCP/IP for networking with no problems. I was also
using WriteLog version 10.67B.

Anyone experience anything like this?

Thanks!

73,

Joe, NJ1Q
