[WriteLog] Who is using an Elecraft K3 with Writelog?

I have been using the  K2 at 19xxx baud rate and doing OK ; however, it 
looks like the pan-adapter software will require using writelog at 
38400.  Has anyone used Kenwood or other settings at that rate?
