[WriteLog] WL Install Problems with Windows 2000

All;

I am getting ready for field day and tried to install my copy of WL (10.59) on a slightly older DEL laptop.? I get a message that says:

"There is a problem with the Windows Installation Package.? A DLL required for this install could not be run.? Contact your support personnel or Package Vendor".

No indication of what DLL is the problem.? Any ideas what I can do to make this work?? The laptop has Windows 2000 SP4.
