[WriteLog] Makrothen problem fixed

Thanks to one and all for their help and suggestions.  It  turned out to be a 
cockpit problem.  For the Makrothen module to work on  rtty one must check 
the LSB IS RTTY in the BAND menu.  Did that and it  seems to work fine.
