[WriteLog] Backup the Writelog INI file !

TNX for the reminder to back up the Writelog INI file;  something I had not
done.  Have done so now, in two places (alternate HD and flash drive)!
Probably a lot of other WL files I should back up, too.  Gotta evaluate
that.
