[WriteLog] "Zombie" Packet Windows Writelog 10.73D

Yes, I have this happen all the time. If Writeog is opened without using packet the packet window
stays open when Writelog is closed. Clicking the close icon (X) does close it for me. 

However, wlogpkt32.exe is still runing and must be closed using the Windows Task Manager. If it is
not closed then several occurrences of it will be present after running Writelog several times.
Eventually this causes hiccups in Writelog's operation which is how I first discovered the problem. 

Now whenever I run Writelog I always check at the end to see if wlogpkt32.exe is still active.
