DISREGARD, BY MISTAKE I HAD SENT THE FILE TO THE RECYCLE BIN IN THE 
PROCESS OF "CLEANING" UP MY FILES--RESTORED IT, ALREADY UPLOADED 
CONTACTs TO LOTW .  
"WONT DO THAT ONE AGAIN"!
