[WriteLog] RECENT FILE LIST problem

Bruce,

My recent file list works fb, but I cannot find the MRU_LENGTH variable you
mention anywhere in my ini file. There are many MRU type variables, but
they all seem be related to the screen positions of various windows. I
don't think MRU_LENGTH is related to the recent files list at all.

The only thing I see about recent files is the following:

[Recent File List]
File1=C:\Users\AL9A\Documents\WriteLog\Contest\CQWPXCW\2009\CQ WPX Contest
CW.wl
File2=C:\Users\AL9A\Documents\WriteLog\Contest\CQWPXSSB\2009\CQ WW WPX SSB
Contest.wl
File3=C:\Users\AL9A\Documents\WriteLog\Contest\CQWPXCW\2008\CQ WPX Contest
CW.wl
File4=C:\Users\AL9A\Documents\WriteLog\Contest\CQWPXSSB\2008\CQ WW WPX
Contest.wl

I think you can manually add additional files to the list by creating
entries like File5=, File6=, etc. Try manually adding a path name to one of
your recent contest files to the [Recent File List] in the ini file and see
if it shows up in the list when you start WL. If it does there is something
amiss with how the path name is being sent to the ini file.
