[WriteLog] Failed registration code

Had two good suggestions both of which did not help.  Deleted all
versions of Writelog.ini from the computer and did a new install of
10.71.  The program still rejects the registration code.  I also checked
the system clock - it is correct.  This install worked on five other
computers but not the one in question.

 

The computer that won't accept the registration has everything else
working.  Other programs on it can control the rig through COM1, etc.
WL just won't run anymore - since it can't get past the registration NG
window.

 

All suggestions welcome.
