Recording within WriteLog is controlled by Writelog and Vista. 
The "soundcard" in microKEYER II is just like any other soundcard, 
it provides samples at the bit depth and sample rate that the 
operating system directs

It does not appear that Writelog records in that rate (at least 
with microKEYER II).  The highest bit rate shown on "select 
WAV File compression" is 187 kb/sec (48 KHz sample rate, 16 bit 
stereo).  352kbps looks like 32 KHz, 24 bit stereo.  I've never 
seen a reason to record at any more than 22 KHz 16 bit stereo 
(for off air) or 11 KHz 16 bit mono for DVK.
