[WriteLog] MMTTY Plug-In issue

I'm trying to finish my Write Log setup and installed the MMTTY plug  
in.  But, when I select it from the TU list and the screen comes up,  
all screens begin to "shake" and I am not able to go into any of the  
pull down menus to make any changes.  Whatever I click on will not  
stay clicked; it immediately goes away.

I rebooted several times and have reinstalled a few times and still  
have the same issue.

I didn't see this issue when reviewing the troubleshooting guide.

Any ideas?
