[WriteLog] MMTTY Plug-In issue

Are you using XP, Vista or Windows 7?

I am helping a couple of hams and using Windows 7 we can't get the plug 
in to install.  I can get it to work on XP in a heart beat so since 
their Windows 7 Home Edition won't run in XP emulation I am stuck!
