[WriteLog] New SCC Module

Hi Dick,

My SCCRtty.dll file in WriteLog\Programs is dated 02/18/2004. Apparently
the new module uses the same dll?

I already had my SCC contest log setup before Bernd made his announcement.
After installing the new SCC version I started my contest log which seemed
to run alright at first. I made a trial entry into the log and got an error
message about there being no multiplier module available for this log and
would I like to select a new module. I figured my existing log was looking
for the old SCC multiplier module that was removed during the install so I
exited WriteLog and then restarted it and chose Start a new log. When the
list of contest modules came up I again selected the SCC RTTY contest and
the module opened. I then imported my RTTY messages from the first log so I
didn't have to do them over again and then saved the new log with the same
name to overwrite the original one. A test entry into this log showed the
multipliers worked correctly.

Don't worry about the old date on your SCCRtty.dll file. If the new module
works correctly let it be.
