[WriteLog] New SCC Module

 Hello Dick, hello Contesters,

the files SCCRtty.* are from SM6SRW's module. This files will be removed
by the uninstaller for the SM6SRW wrapper. Don't remove this files with
the explorer. The files in the new module begin with RySCC*.

Please have a look to the following files and dates:

RySCC.dll      05/05/2010
RySCCfo.rtf   07/27/2010
RySCCfo.txt   07/27/2010

The call area is the digit in an US callsign. CO is in call area 0.
Please leave the zero alone.
