[WriteLog] 10.82A problem?

Good evening -

I upgraded to 10.82A this evening.  I decided to go ahead and start 
checking the setup in preparation for the RU in a couple of weekends.

All was going well until I looked at the area where the information for 
the log entry is populated.  There are no fields there except for SEQ.  
The rest of the area is blank.

Any suggestions?   I've uninstalled and reinstalled (after a reboot) to 
no avail.

The program is installed in C:\writelog.
