[WriteLog] Cabrillo File Problem in VISTA

I had a problem with the Cabrillo File every since I got a new computer 
with VISTA installed.

The Drop-Down list boxes in the Cabrillo File data entry window were 
empty.  I had to edit the Cabrillo file in notepad adding the proper 
catagories.

So what I did was to move a copy of the file 
"file:///C:/Program%20Files/WriteLog/Programs/LogSubmission.ini 
<cid:part1.09070108.08030903 at arrl.net>" to

file:///C:/Users/k0bx/AppData/Local/VirtualStore/Program%20Files/WriteLog/Programs/LogSubmission.ini 
<cid:part2.06040706.06080203 at arrl.net> .

There was an older verision in the VirtualStore, but after I replaced 
it, the Cabrillo File data entry window drop-down boxes are now populated.

I guess I just got VISTA again!    Just wanted to let everyone know what 
I found.  I saw a few e-mails about this problem earlier.
