[WriteLog] Cabrillo File Problem in VISTA

Hi Joe

Hey thanks a bunch!!! I copied the LogSubmission.INI  to the location 
you provided and now my CABRILLO DROPDOWNS are populated and working 
again!!!!

C:/Users/Steve/AppData/Local/VirtualStore/ProgramFiles/WriteLog/Programs/LogSubmission.ini
