[WriteLog] WL V10.74J

Upon further reading of the V10.74J release notes I see no mention of a fix 
for the problem reported by many on the reflector of the difficulty in 
closing the Packet window.  If I remember correctly the work around was to 
NOT enable the Packet window under Save Configuration and there was a beta 
version being tested for the fix.  Apparently V10.74J does not include this 
particular fix from the beta version?  Any other info available?
