[WriteLog] Writelog UBA Module?

I am using 10.69. Yesterday thought I would play around in the UBA DX SSB 
contest and fired up Writelog. Asked it to create a new log with the UBA DX 
module and nothing happens. It still works fine with other contests so 
wondering if something is wrong with the UBA module. Anyone else see this? I 
checked the release notes and didn't see any note relative to this contest.
