[WriteLog] Error Message when Writelog 10.77H is started up

I can also generate the MFC error a second way ... this time with
the "administrator" account.

If you have damaged userpara.ini and allowed MMTTY to create a
NEW one and enable "Show Profile Panel" in the TNC Setup for
the MMTTY plug-in starting the RTTYRITE will generate the MFC
error.  To fix this specific problem:

  1) edit your ACTIVE writelog.ini
      (c:\users\<current user>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows)
  2) set "MMTTY_USE_PROFILE=0"

     this will allow you to start RTTYrite

  3) In the MMTTY window (RTTY Control Panel) - click Profiles(S)
  4) Click "MMTTY Default"
  5) Click Profiles(S) again ..
  6) Select "Assign Menu" -> Profile 1 and Name it MMTTY Default

     this will result in ONE numbered (good) profile and the
     profile panel will work again.

By the way ... resolving the "profile panel" problem also allows
my "standard user" account to work properly with RTTYrite ... it
looks like the MFC error is due to the inability to read MMTTY's
userpara.ini.
