[WriteLog] note to software developers of multiplier modules for WriteLog--changes coming in 10.77

If you are a developer of multiplier modules for WriteLog, or are a user of
any multiplier modules (aka "contest modules") that are not installed by the
WriteLog installer, this note is for you because your module might break.

The installer for the next version of WriteLog, version 10.77, will fix most
of the issues regarding installs on Vista, Win7, and 64 bit versions of
Windows. The fix requires separating the user editable and replaceable data
files into a different directory from the binary executable files required
for WriteLog. All those .ini and .dat files in "Program
Files\WriteLog\Programs" can't be there anymore.

The bad news is that any existing module that installs an INI file in
WriteLog's \Programs directory probably won't work properly after an end
user upgrades to 10.77. (Modules installed with WriteLog itself are
accounted for in the 10.77 installer.) The symptom will be the module will
load, but it will not find its INI file and so won't know what its
multipliers are. The fix can be done by end users (copy the INI file from
its old location into the new one). It is unlikely any source code changes
are required.

I have put more details here: http://www.writelog.com/downloads.htm in the
section about Programmer Resources.
