[WriteLog] Great Circle Beam Headings

Make sure you observe the negative values for South latitude and East 
longitude.  Once the values are entered you must go to Setup/Save 
Configuration for them to be saved to the ini file.  After saving them you 
may have to reboot to have them take effect.  Been so long since I've done 
that I'm not sure.
