[WriteLog] FSK in MMTTY Plug-in on COM1 != MMTTY v1.66G standalone

If the port on the dock appears as COM1 in Windows, set RTTYrite for
COM 1 before you open the MMTTY set-up within the plug-in.  That should
enable FSK on COM1.
