[WriteLog] Writelog in CWSS

Hello all,

I had two problems with writelog
during the CW SS Contest.
Both issues are probably my errors but
I don't know how to resolve them...

1) When you type in a "dupe" callsign
     and hit F4 it still send out my callsign...
     In other contests when you type in a dupe
     callsign the program will not send the F4 message...

2) On the "Packet Spots" window, when you set to "Follow Me"
     nothing happens!!!
