I posted the report below to the 3830 and Tom, KA2D, sent me a message
that the mults were not correct. They are two high.
When I went to check to make sure I had not manually entered the wrong
column to 3830. I had not,but I did discover that my Band Summary
Window was reporting a lower, and hopefully correct mult list
Is anyone else seeing this problem?
I am not sure yet as to whether there is a problem with 10.80F or its in
the WAE report/summary module.

Tom just reported back after I sent him my log:
Frank
The mults are OK. WL listed the weighted mults in the summary report.
80 mults are x 4, 40 is x 3 and 20-10 are x2, so the band summary lists
non weighted mults and summary report lists weighted mults... either way
the end claimed score is correct... so 1080F is OK..
Took me some time to figure that out. That must be why there is a big
difference on the posted scores on 3830.
I did not spent too much time on 80 and basically disregarded NA until I
realized that this a good score booster... I had in my mine this is
WAE.. dumb.
Hope this puts your mind at ease....
