[WriteLog] wl_cty.bin location

The quest to find wl_cty.bin has found its way into numerous postings on
this list, but no one has found the answer yet. I am sure I should just type
the answer into this email, but I will offer hints instead in hopes that
searching the manual will happen more in the future. First, I encourage
those in quest to open the WriteLog manual (in the WriteLog V10 program
menu), go to the Search tab, and type in wl_cty. Here's a second hint: be
careful about your assumptions.
