[WriteLog] Elecraft K3 Radio and Keyboard Command

In Tools/Keyboard Shorcuts

* choose  Rig1Command(n)   -supposed the radio you want to send the command to is on the first COM slot i.e. first block in Ports Setup-  in "Command to run"* type 10 in "Rig Command Number"* type F10 in "Shortcut Keystroke"
