[WriteLog] Error message opening RTTY window

[Radio K0HB]

Running WL version 10.79D, MMTTY version 1.66G, and Windows 7.

When I open the RTTY window I get an error message box saying "UserPara.INI,xxxxxxxxxx" where x=unusual (non-ascii) characters.  When I dismiss the error window, all >seems< to be operating OK.
