[WriteLog] SCC Module

[DickT-W0RAA]

After seeing comments about the SCC module I looked in my Writelog/Programs 
folder and found SCCRTTY.DLL.  I run WXP/SP2 & WL 10.87.

I'll be happy to send the file if somebody wants it.
