Dan, I think a solution is explained at:
<http://k9jy.com/blog/writelogini/general-settings/>
about halfway down the page where it says:
"Changing Country (DXpedition) [Multiplier]"

To summarize, adding CALLPREFIX=V25  to the [Multiplier] section of 
your writelog.ini  will let writelog know you were in the V25 country.
