[WriteLog] Two more newbie questions

Sorry if these are incredibly naive, but I can't find the answers in the 
Help file

1.  How do I turn off the bell sounding with every packet spot?
2.  I have somehow lost my log window - it flashes on-screen momentarily 
but then disappears, and I cannot get it back.  What to do?
