This is a DXCluster function.  While in the Writelog Packet Terminal 
window: type in the command SET/NOBEEP and the bell will be 
turned off.

Try to right click the taskbar and chose "Cascade Windows" this should 
make all the windows open show up sort of in a line.  You can then 
move them where you want them.
