[WriteLog] Two more newbie questions

Sorry, I should know better.  Windows XP, 2 monitors.  It turned out to 
be some sort of weird interaction between the Rates window and the log 
window, driving the latter off the bottom of the screen.  I had it as 
the bottom-most window on the old Writelog Gray palette.
